This Web Portal on the Cricketing world was the brain child of Mr Karthik Ramamurthy. It was his inspiration that led to the birth of this portal and is dedicated to all Indians worldwide , the cricket fans and the cricket players who play this sport. Karthik Ramamurthy is no outsider to this sport. He was a serious contributor to the media on various facet of cricket. Added to his popularity of giving the best of analysis to the cricketing world, he happens to be the son of Mr V Ramamurthy IAS (Retd.), who was an accomplished cricketer, umpire and commentator, who pored over pages of initial ideas and helped shape the Rankings and Analyses.

As modest as he is Mr Karthik, has always given credit to the community as a whole. He says and i quote "No analysis project of this complexity can be accomplished by one person."

His pilot project on the web medium started at the 1999 worldcup with his "World Cup ’99 cricket analysis."
